Admissions at Windsor Laurelwood
Accessing our behavioral health services takes one phone call. You may contact us directly to schedule a psychiatric assessment to determine your treatment needs, or a family member may call for you. Our telephone number is 800-GET-HOPE (800-438-4673) or 440-953-3000.
If you are already in treatment with a therapist, psychologist or psychiatrist, Windsor Laurelwood accepts patient referrals from providers as well. Primary care physicians, social service and community agencies, employee assistance programs and employers, clergy, counselors, schools, courts, hospital emergency rooms and other healthcare professionals may also refer you for treatment.
Most insurance providers, managed care plans, Medicare, Medicaid (up to age 20) and TRICARE® cover treatment at the Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine. We provide assistance in facilitating insurance pre-certification and authorization from health benefits providers.
If you are experiencing an emergency situation or feel that you’re in crisis and require immediate assistance, you should call 911 or go to your local hospital emergency room.
